I just added UK prices and someone purchased an item in England.
She didn't pay the shipment fee when I asked her for the shipment from US to UK she wanted to cancel the deal and left me a negative feedback.
1- is there anyway to remove the negative feed back?
2- How can I indicate the shipment fee to England?
